So it’s been a while since I’ve posted a blog. And not for lack of things going on in my life. Because there has been plenty going on. But just been so busy and exhausted with all the work stuff.
So tonight I decided that I’m gonna blog my weight loss progress. I just joined weight watchers. I joined last week, but I used it as my trial week. Last week I was trying to get the hang of using the point system. For it being my first week I did pretty good. I went over my points a little each day. So I ended up using all my extra points (which in the future I would like to keep for the weekends). I did get up every morning and worked out before work. And I went to my first meeting on Sat. All in all I did pretty good the first week and I lost 4lbs.
So today I have sat around reading articles on the WW website. I have been trying to get my game plan going. And the reading has been super helpful with lot of tips from people who have done it or are doing it. Today I did awesome. I did really good staying within my points today. I’ve have drank way above the amounts of liquids that I should be doing per day (which I don’t usually have trouble doing that). I have made my grocery list of my healthy foods I need to buy. I’ve already packed my lunch for tomorrow (which I’m going to eat and not the food that is brought to work. That is going to be quite hard). I’m boiling my egg for my breakfast, so I don’t have to do it in the morning. And I’m also cooking my dinner for tomorrow night. It’s going to be a lot of hard work and planning, but I’m determined to loose weight.
